Hoffman Massage System  Certificate Course $1750

The Hoffman Massage System Certificate course, is focused on giving students a strong foundation in therapeutic massage. It has been carefully designed to give anyone a very strong base in a very powerful, therapeutic, dynamic, intuitive and comprehensive way to massage the entire body. You will learn massage techniques and schools of thought from the therapies and healing arts that have been a part of the development of Hoffman massage.

These include; Bowen Therapy, Ayurvedic massage, Hawaiian massage Lomi Lomi, Swedish massage, Burmese massage, Raynor massage, Pulsing Therapy, Bowen Therapy, Thai massage, Myofascial Release, Cranial-Sacral, Feldenkrais and many techniques that Bronson has developed himself. You will learn the skills and foundations that teach you to use your body and these techniques of Hoffman massage, in a way that best suits you.


The Hoffman massage certificate course you will not only teach you a very powerful form of massage but you will help you develop awareness of your own body and mind, and learn how to bring your own personal touches, strengths and gifts to the massage treatment. Not only will you will learn how do a therapeutic massage from head to toe, but you will also learn how to use your intuition to decide what is the best approach for each individual you massage.

We have to understand that each person is a unique individual, we all have different body shapes and sizes, strengths and weaknesses, mental and social conditioning and views, emotional experiences, energy blockages, muscular blockages, etc. To be successful massage practitioners, we have to adapt our approach for every person. You will learn how to be more in touch with the person on your massage table, learn how to read them for signs of how they are feeling. As your clients change, the way you massage will change.

Hoffman Massage System courses will teach you how to be adaptive and creative in your massage techniques so that you can successfully treat every one of your clients as an individual instead of having a routine massage that most schools out there teach.

Each day will contain homework which will be handed in at the end of the course. Students also have the option to have parts of the course filmed by us and put onto disc's to take home for revision.

  2. Introduction of the Hoffman Technique
  3. Qualities of a good massage therapist and healer
  4. Some of the Therapeutic Effects of Massage
  5. Hygiene
  6. Contraindications to massage
  7. Preparation for a Massage
  8. Draping
  9. Code of Ethics
  10. Base Massage Oils
  11. Massage demonstration focused on the back, shoulders and upper arms
  12. Massage demonstration
  13. Student practice

Day 2

  1. The importance of the breath
  2. Introduction to the Anatomy Trains
  3. Holistic Pulsing
  4. Massaging the front of the body. Massage techniques for the face, neck and head, abdomen and front of the legs.
  5. Revision and practice of days 1 and 2

Day 3

  1. Introduction to the Traditional Chinese Meridians
  2. Introduction to Ayurveda's Marma Point Therapy
  3. Detailed massage techniques for the chest, arms, forearms, hands and fingers, feet and toes.
  4. Massage demonstration
  5. Revision and practice of days 1-3

Day 4

  1. Massaging in side position
  2. Detailed massage techniques for the relieving lower back back pain.
  3. How to massage the gluts and hips.
  4. Massage demonstration

Qualifications and Insurance

On successful completion of the Hoffman Holistic Massage and Energetic Healing Diploma, you will posses the skills and techniques to be a successful Hoffman massage and bodywork practitioner. The information we are sharing will open your mind to many possibilities will give you a broad look at what other modalities you can study in depth. It will change the way you look at health and healing and give you foundations that not many courses out there can. It will open your eyes to the fact that there are many aspects in our lives that can lead to un-wellness and disease. It will give you a very holistic approach to massage and healing.

On completion on any of our courses you will be eligible for Public Indemnity and liability insurance with IH Group Australiaand IICT, who will insure you for working anywhere in the world apart from USA and Canada. Due to our close affiliation with Health School Australia you will also be legible for Recognised Prior Learning exemptions for Government accredited massage diplomas.
